Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | In accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board’s Communiqué on Shares (VII-128.1), prepared in relation to the decision to increase the Company’s issued capital of 650,000,000 TL to 2,600,000,000 TL by increasing it through a paid-in capital increase of 1,950,000,000 TL, representing a 300% increase within the registered capital ceiling of 4,000,000,000 TL, the “Report on the Use of Funds to be Raised from the Paid-In Capital Increase” is attached. This Public Disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancies between the two texts, the Turkish version will prevail. | |||||||
