On 4 March 2025, coupon rate of Sustainability Tier 2 Notes (Basel III complaint) has been set at 7,875% with a total size of USD 500 million. In relation to the issuance, the applications to authorities will be made.

In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
